Trends and improving methods of assessing costs of land plots seized by the state

The study is analyzing the current Russian legal systems and practices of the evaluating process of seizing land for state and municipal needs. As a result, a number of conflicts of legislative norms were revealed. Most of them are caused by different interpretation of the terms of valuation the seized property and the type of recoverable value by legal acts. The main direction of improving this mechanism is the formation of an executive department to coordinate activities and eliminate conflicts.
