With the wide use of CNC machine tools, data resources are gradually enriched. How to use the collected data resources for quality control becomes a hot topic for researchers. This paper introduces the use of grey correlation analysis theory to establish the relationship between the process parameters of CNC machine tools and quality data, and then provides a theoretical basis for the quality control using the process parameters of CNC machine tools.
