In the e-commerce environment, supply contract, trust, relationship commitment is regarded as a motivating factor in Inter-enterprise supply chain and the operating conditions with suppliers, financial situation of enterprises in two dimensions are used to measure the performance of the supply chain, and then construct the theoretical model assumptions .Using structural equation modeling empirical analysis, the results show that the supply contract, trust, relationship commitment have significant positive effects on suppliers operating performance and supply contracts have a significant positive impact on corporate financial performance; Effects of trust, relationship commitment and supplier operational performance on corporate financial performance are not significant.
