Optimizing Industrial Processes in Beverages and Aerospace Sector: A Case Study Analysis

This study examines industrial process optimization approaches using case studies, literature reviews, and original research. It explores techniques such as linear programming, simulation modelling, Lean, Six Sigma, and advanced machine learning algorithms. Case studies exemplify the application of these methods in beverages and aerospace sectors, the study employs specific strategies and data collection methods, providing insights into the applicability, strengths, and limitations of various methodologies. Results highlight both quantitative and qualitative outcomes, offering valuable insights for practitioners and decision-makers.
