Abstract
The paper presents the analysis of electricity generation by the photovoltaic system in the house located in the Swietokrzyskie Province. Data on electricity production are provided and discussed. The paper also provides data on thermal energy production and electricity consumption of the heat pump installed in the house. The analyses cover the period of two years. The study confirms the adventages of using renewable energy systems in single - family houses in the Central/Eastern European countries..
Key words: heat pump / photovoltaic system / renewable energy sources
