Research on the application of multimedia information technology in modern English situational teaching

In the process of modern English teaching, teachers should not only explain the basic English theory to students, but also expand the teaching contents according to the students'training requirements, provide support for students to acquire richer knowledge content. In developing situational English teaching, we should make full use of the advantages of multimedia information technology in order to help students master all kinds of English knowledge and skills and understand the English application scene effectively, through the reconstruction of English classroom, the ideal effect of English teaching wisdom innovation can be realized. This paper analyzes the background of the application of multimedia information technology in modern English situational teaching, and puts forward some concrete application strategies.
