Causes of failures of industrial floors and concrete surfaces – case study

The article presents selected cases of damages to industrial floor and road concrete surfaces. he article presents 3 different objects in which damages were not connected with their excessive service load, but resulted from improper execution, design and underestimation of the effects of forced loads. In each presented case the description of damages was presented, the reasons for their occurrence were analysed and recommendations for repair were given.
