Risk and uncertainty in economic modelling of complex building systems

In the article the authors consider the possibility of applying the tools of econometric modeling with variable structure, in the analysis of complex economic building systems that take into account sudden shifts due to a perturbing influence of factors of risk and uncertainty and thus to increase the efficiency of select and justify management decisions
