Static/dynamic Analysis and Optimization of Z-axis Stand of PCB CNC Drilling Machine*
College of Mechanical Engineering, Xihua University, ChengDu 610039, China
The finite element analysis is used for the static and dynamic analysis of the Z axis brace of PCB CNC drilling machine. With its results of maximum displacement deformation and von Mises stress and modal frequency, the defect of original design was found out. On such bases, a variety of optimization scheme is put forward and the best size of the Z axis brace is obtained by the performance comparison of the schemes. This method offers bases for the design and renovation of other machine tool components.
