Temperature annealing effect on structural and optical properties of ZnO thin films prepared by sol-gel method

ZnO thin films have been synthesized by sol-gel method. The effect of the annealing temperature on the morphological, structural and optical properties of the ZnO thin films was investigated. A good crystllinity and good transmittance in the visible spectrum was obtained at the annealing temperature of 400°C.
