The results of the technical examination of the pedestrian bridge over the Western Bug River on the territory of the Brest Fortress are presented. A new constructive solution of the bridge, the results of its numerical modeling and the features of installation are presented. The fullscale tests of the bridge with a movable test load confirmed the design decisions made by the authors. The resulting efforts in the ropes did not exceed the calculated values.
