School of Quality and Standardization, China Jiliang University, 310018 Hangzhou, China
Abstract
With the rapid advancement of digital technologies, Digital Quality Management (DQM) has become a key approach to enhancing quality and transforming enterprise management. This study first reviews the conceptual framework and development of DQM. Using CiteSpace, it visualizes and analyzes domestic and international literature from the past decade, identifying research hotspots, evolution paths, and differences between Chinese and international studies. It then summarizes the application of DQM in enterprises and progress in maturity evaluation. Based on these insights, the paper discusses major implementation challenges and proposes corresponding strategies. Finally, it offers a forward-looking perspective on future trends and research directions, providing valuable references for both theory and practice.
